I believe it is a manhwa in color.
The main character is a college student. He's the seme, from a wealthy family and is confident/cocky.
He becomes interested in his older neighbor who I think works a cooperate job. If im remembering things right the older love interest just got out of a (serious) relationship.
And isn't interested in the younger man at first. I think they do sleep together when the older neighbor is drunk?
This might story might ongoing since I remember reading at least a year or two ago.
