Hmm go tell his parents, make sure to tell them that you have repeatedly seen this happen (i assume it happened many times??) or try to take a picture/video of him videoing/picturing you (if that makes sense??) but maybe tell your parents about it first and they can see what to do.
My type of get back
I often saw a neighbor kid taking video or picture of me sneakily making me feel uncomfortable. He is only in junior high school. What should i do? Should i tell him to his parents ( which is still have family related whith mine)? Or should i try to talk to him first since i'm not sure about the evidence?
