This is a trick my friend taught me:

Choose a side, flip a coin: Don't make your decision based on whether the coin landed in the side you chose, instead, think about how you felt while the coin was flipping, which side were you hoping it would land on? And when it landed how did you feel about having to make that decision?

Put it off till last minute. As in very last second. And don’t let myself think about it till then. And then when I make it I do the one that comes to me first.
