I don't know why she didn't just said she has to attend her daughter's birthday, I understand it's Korean culture and they heavily shun people who are single parents. Work is literally optional she does not HAVE to work here she can leave she can even work on the doc at home better yet they can wait a fucking day or two if it's not sincere then give her time to work on it. She should have left the moment she saw that woman and him there anyone with common sense knows that if someone is petty ASF and someone doesn't work with u but just commands you all over the place is NOT WORTH STAYING AROUND.
