The crown prince figured out they can switch bodies and helios got heartbroken by medea and then crown prince and medea got engaged or something and helios was absolutely hornswoggled by that and then i gorgot whar happrnf and then psyche's past was flashing

Also king and queen were directly and indirectly killed by eros respectively
Also emperor and empress were directly and indirectly killed by eros respectively medea was tortured in psyches body coz eros framed her as a suspect of emperors murder while psyche was in medeas body stayed low since medea said so...so as a revenge of being tortured medea decided to get emgaged to eros while psyche being trapped in her own house was taken away by her father to escape eros killing her when the flashback starts
