I saw a spoiler of someone who read the novel and yes the toxin exist it's just taking too long to show any effects, so don't worry the emperor is gonna suffer and also apparently Raonhiljo is not one of those nice guys who're secretly creeps, he stays a green flag till the end so don't worry about him turning into a red flag
