While i can see this, i THINK the reason theyre all like attatched to eachother is either
1- pregnancy hormones
2- they bonded (who knows if the author added this in the omegaverse)

What if EH lost the baby due to stress of the kidnapping/feeling betrayed? Not trying to be morbid but this kinda solves the whole r*pe baby issue and also cuts the whole alpha-omega thing that seems to attract TJ and EH like magnets when they're away from each other (like do they really like each other at a fundamental level or is it just the hormones?) Losing the baby will also turn the tables on Eunhwa since they're not able to hold their end of the bargain to protect their hostage in exchange for whatev business demand they have. More importantly, this gives both TJ and EH a clean slate to start over. Or end things for good :/
