Does the novel have a long chapter and do you think how many chapters left before ending
I just checked and the novel has a total of 30 chapters including sides and specials:
Vol 1 has 6 chapters (1, 2, 3, 4.1, 4.2, 5)
Vol 2 has 7 chapters (1, 2.1, 2.2, 3, 4.1, 4.2, 5)
Vol 3 has 6 chapters (1, 2, 3, 4.1, 4.2, 5)
[so the main story ends at Ch 19 out of 30]
Side Stories - 5 chapters
Special Episodes - 6 chapters
As to the percentage of completion from the novel's perspective, Ch 81 manhwa comprised like this:
1st half = last scene from the novel Ch 17
2nd half = first scene from the novel Ch 18
With that, the upcoming Ch 82 update would still be from Ch 18 of the novel. Just know that each chapter of the novel is long that it would take multiple chapters of manhwa just from a single chapter. If we were to estimate, based on the adaptation of Ch 17 novel:
First scene of the novel Ch 17 = Last panels in Ch 77 manhwa
The rest of the novel Ch 17 = Ch 78, 79, 80, 81 manhwa
Then the main story is likely to end at around Ch 100-ish manhwa, plus the sides and specials, I think the ending will be at around Ch 150-ish (I could be wrong of course it will still depend on the artist and storyboard writer).

Oh gosh thanks so much for the spoiler s, I knew this story was a good one, really sad with the lack of updates tho and I'm thrilled to know that this is actually mpreg, makes everything a lot better
But do you mind spoiling a bit more, why do they craved the tattoo on uke's back in the first place? And it seems like the possessed crown prince and possessed uke are actually lovers is that true, why are they attracted to each other?

sorry it's late but the art on the uke's back has some shaman's/sorcerer's spell on it that makes the possessed grand prince attracted to the uke. we're getting more of it as we go deep into the story, so that's all I could spoil for now (idk if it's still a spoiler bcs it's apparent even in the earlier chapters).

So I found out this title sometime in the first week of June and quickly rummaged thru the raws (latest is Ch 79 at that time). But the MTLing is time consuming so I rested for a while and get back to it bit by bit.
I was just curious if it is worth reading depending on my liking as an mpreg enthusiast. It seems the mpreg tag was missing on this one, back then. So I added it initially in my mpreg list as a placeholder but I have updated it now with more details as I just finished reading the raw manhwa up to Ch 81. I love this one as it has a unique and interesting plot with decent amount of smut and satisfying chasing and redemption arcs. Plus it has a few chibi/comical panels that I see rarely in historical genres (other than Steel Under Silk).
