Nope I'm 100% with you. I genuinely think even his looks cannot endear him to me as a reader. He forces a mark on mc, & that put me off. But then he gets worse with every chapter. This manga is supposed to give females a level of authority that we don't see otherwise. However, Curtis decides who she meets, what she eats, which baby will survive,... but the worst was when he tried to kill Anan. And the mc instead of removing the spousal mark, coaxing him not to kill her daughter!!! As if such a decision made by Curtis was a reasonable one! Idk which is worse, Bai Qingqing being crazy enough for males enough not to care for her own babies or the author for putting an anti-social animal in a family setting and forcing us to watch act the patriarch in a matriarchal society
