what was referenced about the philippines?? i dont get it
The cousin went to school in the Philippines. He claims that he learned martial arts and brought back Cigarettes that are exclusive in our country and prohibited in SK.

I like the fact they referenced the Philippines in Chapter 69 and the possible implication that the Tattoo Artist from the beginning was another victim looking for revenge. The Last Tatoo on the MC's back is foreshadowing of the Victim his cousin did wronged.
