YES. Scenes are cut short in the non-mature versions. I recommend reading the mature versions when you can but you won’t miss out story wise if you skip them.

Season 3 started Korean raws. Very recent. Only a chapter or two. We don’t know when English version will come out. Probably in a few months like usual.
