I think it's Kamiya starting to feel the separation anxiety and loneliness they have been talking about in other chapters
He put too much control to stop himself from being violently obsessed but it backfired and turned into something so sad. NO I DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN (╯﹏╰)
