I- I am honestly confused about how an art style would have anything to do with a character's personality. One can make eyes big like a child, a body like a child and still make them act like an old man (chilchuck from dungeon meshi, I am looking at you). Art style doesnt equal reason for a personality. It is just a stylistic choice for a reason.

I feel like the definition of pick me has been LOST... a pick me is not someone who is shy or cute or "childish".
