oh, you can try putting the image in Google lense so it scans and leads you to the site. Idk, maybe it'll work cause that's what I do when I can't find the title but I have a screenshot from a reels.
you could also try adding it to an album as a pic and then add the link to that pic in your question so people can view it or also reverse image search like the comment above said!!
