I'm hoping for that to happen too but I doubt the author will go through that route (if he/she will, I think it's not happening soon) After all, it will not be called shota if Tsubaki is not a kid anymore, right?
What I'm hoping for rn for this story is yuu has enough and sternly rejects tsubaki and then they kind of grow apart then there's bit time skip and it'll turn into a re encounter type of story but maybe I'm hoping for too much
