Uhmm here’s the thing. Most athlete aren’t heavy actually it mostly muscle mass, muscle mass is different from fat. Normally people who dont excercise have fat mass that’s why they’re heavy. People who exercise have muscle mass that’s why they have formed abs and such that’s all muscle. Probably they looked heavy but I’m assuming the top is much taller than the bottom, so the position is still possible.
