It was handled okay in webtoon and not as bad as it sounds(?) but the people who spoiled it I think were frustrated as well since it's hard to make sense why add that additional detail to an almost perfect martial arts webtoon.
Yall in the comments could've put a fcuking spoiler tag in ur response or sum shit.

I did not need to know that he fucked another woman when people were waiting and he had his wife's(?) permission for that which is fine. But then, I did not need to know that he also halted his fucking sperms to not get the other woman pregnant wtf, that left such a horrible impression tbh.
Not because it's nasty or poly of sum shi, its because it diverts my current impression of the mc/characs, and while that's fine because that'll happen naturally when the story progress, I'd kindly not choose to be whiplash in the face. It gets me thinking that if i continue reading this and get to that point, it will just disappoint me.That expectation doesn't happen when reading a new story but its different when you're spoiled. I'm sure you know how aggravating it is to be spoiled from a story that you'd like to go in blind, whether its trash or cash.
