I agree, I feel like I'm watching 2 different stories, and while I can swallow 2 chapter about them this is absurd, I didn't come for them. Their conflicts feel so childish, why does a child need to fix their relationship anyway, it took them 3 years to only talk, like what does that mean!? Either way as cute as they may be my girl is cuter and I want the story to be focused at her.

Likely cause 18 years old would go quickly if just focus on clarice then the story would end very quickly lol, but yes definitely I agree either you as much as I love the adopted Duke and wife I want to focus on our mc, it's so rare for stories nowadays where they are actually a kid not some 20+ yr old person / isekai / reincarnate and we get this treatment
this is probably just me but I don’t really like how much the story gets side tracked by the duke and duchess , I wanted to read it for Clarize but almost everytime their little love story interrupts it and I just don’t like it anymore, the author should’ve given them their own story or smthn
