As far as I remember, the guy said that he doesn't personally know her; he just said that they went to the same high school (based on my description above), and the girl was hurt and tried to move on (but he chased her, I think, and kissed her? I'm not sure anymore, but that's it). Also, he behaved like a playboy (he looked like a soft boy when he asked for a breakup).
So, it's about a high school couple, and the boy decided to break up because he didn't want to be in a long-distance relationship or something (they were at the train station). A couple years later, they met again at a freshman gathering, I think. And the guy said that they came from the same school way back in high school, but they haven't talked yet (I'm not sure anymore).
