Read this manga first! The live action has the essence but they downplayed some scenes. For god's sake I thought the manga was shounen ai when I watched the live action then read it here. ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄
But preference wise, you might opt for the live-action. It makes so much sense compared to the manga ╮(￣▽￣)╭

i loved the live action. mizuki is nicer in the live action compared to the manga and the actor playing him is so good looking. it was my fav Bl from 2023
I know that there's a live-action for this but I'm hesitating if I should watch this first or I'll watch the live-action for My Beautiful Man first (I LOVE THEM BOTH)
