in the novel, it actually states that it’s extremely rare for men to give birth because based on some (inhumane) experiments, practically all of them ended in miscarriages. yuder and kishiar do it quite a lot later on but there haven’t been any signs yet

Probably not cus Yuder mentions not liking kids (as in, he would protect innocent kids with his life but doesn’t want any for foreseeable future)
