These guys got issuuuueeees holy shit. I first read this when only the first volume was out back in like. Idk 2018 or some shit and I fuckin hated it but I decided to reread and finish the rest of it to see if it's really that bad and tbh. Still pisses me off a lot sure but I empathize/sympathize with Cole like. I kind of understand him and his motivations a little. Alex fucking sucks though, dude didn't learn shit. Cole is no saint obviously and they both need therapy (Cole moreso probably), but like... Alex doesn't deserve Cole lol. Cole deserves someone better even if he does kind of stink. I feel bad for Brad though. Initially I thought he was gonna be the same kind of shitty person that Alex is but he's actually a really good guy ... Aside from being complicit in infidelity he's a good person man. I hope the spin off does him justice. I dunno. This it the kind of manga that reminds me why I want to continue improving myself. I'm ok with the ending, I think it sucks how sex based their relationship is but I guess it is true that happiness/relationships in general looks different for different people. I wouldn't go as far as to say that I like this manga, but I'm glad I read it all the way through.

This comment embodies everything I’ve been trying to tell my friend about except for the part that I regret reading this again because I feel like complete complete. It’s just a waste of time for me. But yeah, if they have therapy, which might seem crazy, but they won’t never be going to therapy like they could work out something, but you’re right in the aspect that Alex does not learn and he doesn’t seem to notice the fact that he hasn’t changed a lot. but then again, progress is progress and honestly, There are so many other options that could’ve fixed this relationship, but I feel like the author doesn’t need to finish it because that’s what our imagination is for.
