Hello there, Roxanna! The story is an Omegaverse. It is about a unlucky guy and two guy (twins). The unlucky guy is omega while the twin are Omega and Alpha. That's right, they're different in second gender.
The Omega (from twin) approached the MC and asked him to be a dog or something that is related in sexual saying that he doesn't have to worry as the twins says they're both omega. Unbeknownst to MC, the twins are Omega and Alpha. The incest part about twin is by unexpected and unlucky situation. The omega twin got into his heat, and he was found by his alpha twin. He bit his own twin, making themselves mates. Since then, they have intercourse once they have their Heat and Rut. Their relationship got worse as the MC, noticed the difference between the twin as the twins really acts the same and wanted people to see them as a same person. It leads to the Omega twin to leave the house as he noticed that the alpha twin fell to the MC. So, when the omega left - the MC got to an argument with the alpha twin as the alpha twin doesn't want to look with his twin cuz he thought it was the Omega twin idea from the start to find a partner for the alpha twin and for him to live normally (they're consider not normal since they are twin yet mates. a total incest). After that occurrence, the MC managed to convince the twin and they reconnect. And the last part is them being in love to the MC and having a healthy competition for the MC.
Of Course, it was incest. I'm not holding up for it, but the tag already said it (psychological). If you would get the plot, the twin are not in love in a romantic way to each other. but they have intercourse and kiss each other because of the psrt that they are mates. That's it.

Welcome! It was twisted and not for those who aren't in twisted story. I totally get how others were angry in the incest part but they need to understand that it was the plot of the story, and it was already stated that this manga is psychological story.
Some of topics here totally didn't get the plot itself. That makes me upset lol.
First of all, if only some of you understand and look at the plot more wisely. The twins are in love romantically. THEY ARE NOT IN LOVE IN ROMANTIC WAY. God-damned, they feel responsible to each other that why they act like that. Fucking hell, of course they are mate. That's normal. Plus they became mate by incident. Don't overlook that point. Goodness. Incest here, incest that - fuck dude, at least know the twisted word that is totally in the summary. That's their second gender acting up. Understand that, y'all are bad with some psychological story with some mind blowing plot. y'all just see the incest and started acting like this story is bad as fuck.
