I was worried about this too. But... I was hoping that the fact that the Dukes all know she can see spirits and Arsian knows about the ghosts too that hopefully she'll be able to explain it away quickly.

Oh.. I think she might get blame for it for a little while especially since she "warned" the Crown Prince that he will get seriously injured on that day. In addition, her wielding a sword like a swordmaster when she was the weakest in her class. That could raise suspicion too.
