I'm choosing to believe that Nayre is so good at being a manipulative dick that our boy never suspects him again and lives a very happy life thinking he escaped, and in the next life, Nayre is even better so he doesn't have to hire a body double to traumatize the MC at all in any way. At least then Seo has happier lives than the first one...
