Bcs somebody (has life & is doing this unpaid) has to buy the chapter, translate it, and edit all the speech bubbles themself. They probably also consider that more people will support the author by buying the raws if they delay the updates, who knows.
Maybe I'm wrong but they take it from renta alredy in English they don't do raws

I can't upload something that doesn't exist lol. The official site posts new chapters on their schedule. When it's available I upload it. I can't force Renta to release any faster
