I shouldn’t have made that first reply cause arguing like that will get us nowhere, so I’ll just say if this stuff makes you uncomfortable it’s best to stay away. My issues are the the people who complain but read it weekly as if there aren’t a million other stories to read. We all knew what we were getting into from CHAPTER 1 so complaining about these step brothers fucking feel a bit ridiculous by now. I would have deleted my comments (can’t figure out how) cause looking back everything just seems a bit ridiculous now. The whole "its fictional!!" argument is sooo fucking stupid Obviously theyre fictional characters, but the content is coming from people who likely actually fetishize this type of content. It's not as bad on mango i guess because this entire site is based on pirating, but people that actually sit down to read stories that involve things like this just to enjoy it are odd to me idk. Like as someone who has experienced one of these in real life, its so gross to see people online admit to reading these and finding guilty pleasure in them. Okay then I’m so sorry you had to go through something like that and I completely understand your disgust to it. So honestly I apologize if it felt like I invalidated your feelings and the experiences you had to go through. It feels like I’ve hard this argument 100 times so I automatically go on the defense when it happens. I know it’s not the norm to read stories with these topics and I wish I could give you a real answer for why I read problematic manhwas but all I can is that I do enjoy reading it. Regular happy stories are fun to read but I can’t limit myself to just those so I don’t mind going towards ones with more darker or “messed up” themes. Things like Placebo or Jinx, I never take seriously, no matter how ridiculous or stupid the plot is, I’m just reading to pass the time. (Although I will say the fact that SA is happening in EVERY single manhwa these days is getting exhausting.) I know it’s weird to enjoy these types of manhwas but I don’t mind weird. Anyways I’m not gonna unblock your friend cause I think it’ll be best if we both just don’t interact again, but I am sorry for making the assumptions that they did read Placebo. I’ve just seen too many people hate on certain manhwas but then they’re the first ones who are running to read a new chapter, it’s just looks stupid to me. I thought your friend was like that but clearly I was wrong so I am sorry.
