(Spoilers from raws!) Since he was turned into a cyborg during his last year of middle school, he most likely is 14. In the later chapters of Hidari his sister is seen to be a mother, likely mid to late twenties. So if he were to have aged properly, he would be around Shindous age. (/TДT)/
