yeah i personally dont like either of the male leads, they feel very out of place and way too detached from renee and what shes striving for. Id love to see her single lol but i do think she looks happy with the knight

Exactly! I know not all but most villainess story have such happy ending or atleast the fl and ml meet again in modern world not really complaining but i want tragic ending , happy ending of them settling in that world is so boring given how most of them already have that gawd
Since this whole thing is hinting with Renee ending up with the someone, I actually think the plot is better off without the romantic ending or her ending up with either of the men. While I do think that all the love interests are great but Rene seems fine and content all on her own that any form of romance feels forced(?).
