PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

I need help finding a BL novel I’ve read a long time ago. I don’t remember much but just a few parts.
It’s about a disabled MC who died and had transmigrated into a novel he had read. The Female lead is his sister, they live together. The MC is on a wheelchair and if he completes his mission he would be cured and can go back to his original world. I think his mission was to find a partner for the original novels MLs uncle. In the original novel the MLs uncle was loved by a lot of fans and they didn’t want him to not have a lover. The uncle can read the MCs thoughts or he can feel his feelings I think. I don’t remember but please help meeeee
