No the brown hair dad is the father of black hair gangster(i think)he calls him uncle and has a close relationship with him and the blonde dad is his actual bio dad lol

he did appear idk which chapter tho but he did saying how he struggled to carry taeju and asks for a grandkid if i remember it correctly ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
Chapter 31in the middle, a small part is when Taeju returns home and he talks with his blonde haired dad about Euihyun, but you can see the brown haired dad in the background. You can see that it's his actual dad because the blonde one does refer to him as "honey" so yeah. I'm not sure if he's appeared any other time though
the other dad which was the enigma is the blond haired dude who carried EY and the brown haired dad was the one who carried Taeju
