I feel like the reason she doesn't seem to notice all the capture targets (and others from the academy) being obsessed with her is because the servants of her house were already doing crazy shit, but since she has terrible human interaction skills, she just brushed it off as normal human behavior. So now she's just desensitized to all the crazy
