That new guy that showed up, I think is just an actor hired by chaheon but it also might not be, who knows
I guess is twins/siblings. Narye got split in his second life. One got his looks -Chaheon & the other got the memories - the evil new guy.
It's either dual personality or he changed tactics and became manipulative this time (probably hired an actor to scare the MC and make him dependent on him).
