He's Infertile not Sterile, so he technically it doesn't take away that he MIGHT be able to have a kid.
Side note: you lovley ladies, gents and nobles if the doctor says your infertile that doesn't give you the go ahead to go raw! Ya still can have kids, although it should be harder to, it's not impossible
