yeah, its weird, but the author is probably trying to play it off as like childhood friends, esp since Koreans usually call close friends brother/sister as a since of closeness and respect

Does anyone finds this weird?? Like, ik they aren't blood related at all but growing up with someone who you've know your whole life as your sibling then falling in love with them?? (I didn't read everything cuz it was so uncomfy seeing the fl falling in love with the ml esp when she almost everytime calls his brother "brother", then proceeds to fall in love with him, mb if I got this all wrong but yea basically)
