He has a lot of concubines but they are not considered as lovers for him. I think they are only used for political reasons.
And he has only slept with the FL
ML has 6 concubines at first, MC is empress. ML only slept with MC. The concubines currently reduced to 3 people. The 3rd concubine is best friend with MC. Concubines aren't there because of love but because their family has something benefit to the empire. But after MC solved the problems one by one, the concubines returned to their own family/kingdom
It’s not harem in my opinion as concubines are only there in name and existed before FL. He only has eyes for MC :)
Before i read this, may i ask if this is harem? I don't like the thought of the ml having another love interest aside from the mc.
