I don't know if someone already said this but I think MC doesn't have the toxin that kills humans but he might have some sort of aphrodisiac and it make the people he sleep with to become obsessed with him Because crazy imae r*pist is clearly obsessed with him to the point of saying he can't live without him and he talked about his scent or the taste of his skin too at some point
