Honestly, I could say the same for people who likes enjoys gore and anything remotely close to violence, Why are they entertained by it?

Basically, anything can be entertaining depending on people and it still won't affect you in real life as long as you're in touch with reality. Those who cant and allows it to affect them have real problems and can't separate themselves from fiction, always felt the need to relate it real life.
