She is wayyyy better than the actual dumb mc around in isekai genre...she did her best to get all of them out of the situation when they were kids and tbh that white hair girl seems more dumb n entitled than the mc

Not really a dumb bitch. I agree when they were little she acted kinda like a child with an adult mind.
But if you think, she lived as a maid and when her mother died that is when she got her past memory not exactly past memory but memory where she read the book and know what happens in the book. She is not really strong cunning type of MC that we see in reincarnation manhwa. And she was kinda soft at first because she didn't know the content what actually happened to the family when they were kids and believed that the uncle wasn't lying. But when she realized she flipped. She is not cunning also not dumb.

I'll describe Sasha as someone who doesn't have the plot armor. She's not a Mary Sue MC who knew everything about the novel. Tbh, without her being isekai-d, she could have been said to be a great mc. People just think that her being an isekai-d MC meant that she'll have all the knowledge about the book herself.

Sometimes folks should take a chance and read things for themselves.

The MC is cunning, ruthless, intelligent and elegant. She's the perfect compliment to the men. There truly would not be any Serpents without her and the smart characters recognise that and fear her.

The many layers of her character are really interesting to read.

Also can we stop using terms like 'dumb bitch' it's incredibly insulting to women, fictional or not.

Exactly. The book that she read in her past was only centred around Adrianna. So any information she knows is from Adrianna’s p.o.v. The only information she had about the Serpent siblings and og Sasha was that they were “sent away abroad to avoid the plague”. She didn’t know that in reality they were locked up in clock tower.

This is a common thing in isakei manhwas especially when the fl becomes the villainess. Whatever novel/game they read/played in the past life was alway told in pov of the main characters which is usually the female lead. They never show the backstory or background of the villainess. Any time we do see the backstory it’s usually the fl, ml or sometimes the villain, but never the villainess. We get the basic info on them. The main premise of the villainess is she just a jealous and greedy woman, whose only role is to antagonise the fl. It’s only when the villainess becomes the new main character do we learn the reason there evil. Half the time they’re just evil for the sake of it, but other times it’s because of their environment they grew up in and the people who impacted their lives. They were neglected by their parents, abused by most of the grown ups in their lives, their fiancé whom they love doesn’t care about them, to point that they cheat on them while their still engaged. I really hate it how un the og story the og ml never breaks off their engagement before they start pursuing the og fl. No matter how good of the character she is, in the end she’s still technically a mistress. You can’t even say that she didn’t know, in those times, especially if it involves someone from the royal family or from a high status nobleman, everyone would be aware of the engagement. Unless it’s hidden for some reason, everyone is aware whether their a noble or a commoner.
