Alpha Female can’t get pregnant actually, base on the informations. But it actually depends on the author.

It depends on the author but usually Alpha Female can get pregnant by an Alpha Male though. And they can also get an omega pregnant regardless of genders.

It was shown in the diagram that they have the same anatomy as Alpha males tho. But it all depends on the author at the end, cause some authors makes it possible for Beta to get pregnant.
