I think it's because we didn't witness a "happy ending" or a denouement because of all their misunderstanding and their trauma but we know that they will still grow individually and also together. It's more realistic according to me, the author tried to portray a couple which will evolve but the growth is difficult because of their past. They never dated anyone so they have to learn as they are doing so (to communicate, understand the other person etc). I really like them rather than the first couple because we learn so much thanks to them but I can understand why people doesn't.

That’s an interesting take, I do admire that pov and I really usually like those heavy and complex characters. I really have no justification as to why I dislike them so much. LET ME ORGANIZE MY THOUGHTS
One of the main reasons I didn’t like the story between the two was
the characters’ introductions, it felt weak, it made it hard to connect with them. But I really did enjoy the brown haired mc during the first bit. Super entertaining. But when it came to the second half the characters came off as shallow, which made it difficult to understand their motivations and feelings.
    THEN LIKE
The lack of "solidarity" between the characters. I’m not sure if I’m using that word correct but I couldn’t think of another to convey a similar meaning. The relationship seemed to lack depth or that like genuine connection. For example, the brown-haired mc’s fascination with the black-haired character isn’t well-explained or developed, it felt superficial with the small amount of details they gave us. (THEN AGAIN MAYBE I JUST DIDNT PAY ATTENTION ENOUGH) I personally just struggled to see why the brown-haired character is so drawn to the black-haired one. Their relationship seem forced or too easy.

Additionally, while the background of the black-haired character and his trauma might justify some of the communication issues, if their coming together feels too convenient or lacks genuine struggle, it can feel unrealistic. The pushback might seem insufficient or poorly executed, leading to a sense that everything just fell into place without much effort.

Maybe I’m just a hater or something, but the black haired mc felt weaker in comparison to the others. AND I WANT TO SEE IT FROM HIS VIEWPOINT SO BAD BECAUSE HE HAS SUCH A TRAGIC PAST BUT II CANNTT.

Also sorry idk their names I forgot it
Also do u understand what I’m saying I feel like I jumped around too much IS THIS TOO LONG
