honestly, i feel like they are BOTH to blame... I completely agree that a no is a no, and it's not like the prospective seme isn't firm enough in his rejection, but i feel that he should've completely avoided the prospective uke. He just hangs around him ALL THE TIME, getting drunk with him even and expects the poor guy to just get over him and stop making advances... seperate yourself from the situation if you don't want to be repeatedly propositioned. It's really obvious now that THEY didn't have sex, it was clearly between the uke and the manager guy, the uke just doesn't realize it yet. I'm calling the storyline now: The prospective seme isn't really an MC so much as an integral part of the uke's past and how he and the manager guy got together, this is a flashback to present time story.

How do you figure? In this scenario the guy already knows the uke is in love with him and wants to have sex with him and is still hanging around him even putting himself in vulnerable situations like getting drunk. This isn't rape, it is someone who has repeatedly shown interest and made clear that he has no intentions of giving up being thrown opportunities repeatedly because nam doesn't care enough or doesn't really consider his feelings as something real enough to get away. He could literally just tell the guy he never wants to meet with him again and that would probably be enough, but because he isn't making a clear break he's giving the guy false hope. "he's saying no, but he's not telling me to stay clear of him, if he doesn't mind my presence despite all this maybe theres a chance?"

If you know you're a decently attractive woman and you walk around this place at night everyday but start to notice this guy repeatedly appearing when you do staring at you, would you still go back? Don't get me wrong, i'm not saying it'd be the woman's fault if she got raped, but she could've increased her chances of NOT getting raped by NOT going to the area with the creepy guy staring at her each night.

I think he doesn't avoid him because they run the same circle of friends. It's either Hyumwoo gives up all his friends in order to avoid this one guy who doesn't understand the meaning of 'no I am not interested' or he sucks it up and deals with it and just says 'no' as often as he can. Hyumwoo is the one who's stuck in a crappy situation he can't get out of without distancing himself from everyone including the girl he likes, cause Subin is a human with the ability to control himself and his actions and take the 'no' for what it is but he chooses not to.
