Finally someone have same opinion as me, yeah i think Brett don’t think about having more serious relationship also have some Hayden fault, he keep being super distance and keep showing Brett how unpleasantness he was with Brett.
Even in future, Brett able to see how Hayden have feeling for him, that doesn’t change the fact he not ideal lover of Hayden so he have no choice but back off or even don’t think about it at all. He did teasing Hayden about it for fun tho lol, poor Hayden…

yea exactly like from brett's pov hayden is just cold and standoffish and also seems to judge him like i'm pretty sure brett thinks hayden doesn't even really like him as a person (at the beginning of their relationship he was like "look i know you don't like me but..." and hayden never says anything to correct him. and yea i know how the rest of the season goes and i know things start changing a bit; i read a bad translation though so the eng translation is still revealing things i didn't catch the first time
we can tell hayden is falling for brett bc we're reading this from his pov, but from brett's perspective he sent that message about sobering up to hayden after the party and hayden just didn't even respond for 30 days LOL from brett's perspective i wouldn't think that hayden liked me at all?
