I don't really remember the chapter in the novel, since there are 2 seasons. But in the novel, Inseob gets rape really bad by the top. He thought he ran away since he got his passport back, but actually, Inseob just went out to buy cake for the top. The top goes crazy running around the city looking for him, not even caring that he is being recognized by people. Poor Inseob is a mess, he bleeds after the rape, he gets sick, and that just makes the top go even crazier.

You would think!!!!!! But hell no. Remember the stalker???? When they come back from Hawaii the top kinda starts changing, but really just a tiny bit. And then when things are starting to get better, the stalker appears again, so she follows inseob and STABS him. Inseob instead of going to the hospital, he drives to the set where the top is filming because he doesn't want the top thinks that he ran away again, so while he bleeding out he manages to drive there. The top see that is getting late and inseob is not back yet. When he leaves the set, he sees the van inseob drives. When opens the door, he sees all the blood. It is after that that inseob goes back home, after he nearly dies.
I hope that scene comes faster so I can finally see inseob getting out of that hell
