What if everything in black and white is simply Law's POV of what happened and there is no 'truth'--just different perceptions of what happened?
Black and white is black and white. Color is how you perceive it. Nothing else need be said.
What a biotch. No wonder Law is messed up. Anyway, I see a lot of confusion in the comments. No need to make this story more complicated than it is. Everything in the colored pages was made up from splices of truth and falsehoods. Plus we had a very unreliable narrator. For sanity's sake treat everything in color as a dream and don't try to pick out the truth. Everything in black and white and what comes after IS the truth. That's what you trust. Basically forget everything that happened inside of Moritat.
