My catalog is literally filled with romance and drama. But ok. Like I said, I didn’t read the description, and I take those warnings in the beginning of stories with a grain of salt, which I’ve already explained why, and won’t be explaining again. I’m also 29, and will continue to comment on whatever I want to comment on. Also haven’t complained as much as you’re complaining to me right now just because I don’t like SA lmao have fun being a frickin weirdo
Other works are so dark and almost gave me nightmares ┗( T﹏T )┛
And yess reading yaoi with 'that' r@pe to love sucks but some are really good and are from a different perspective!
You should definitely try other genres to spice up your reading from time to time (⌒▽⌒)
Here's a recommendation!! Shadow House, this is do interesting non romance adventure+supernatural series ongoing, I really love this but I get sad because it has really low fanbase even though it's soo good, you'll definitely love this ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ
She is fully allowed to comment on this manga if she wants. She is simply saying a lot of writers are taking it too far. I have read many stories that have a SA warning and it was just flash backs of the MC or something so sometimes the warning isn’t what it seems.
You used the “hot sauce” comparison but thats like me liking hot sauce and use a new kind but realize it’s way hotter then I’d like. I tried it, didn’t like it, and made my opinion, that is what she did. Don’t coming for someone because of a reaction they had.
You don't know me and what I've been through. Don't make assumptions. I've been a victim of SA multiple times, including in my fucking childhood. You do not speak for me. Sure, some depictions of SA really bother the hell out of me, like the fucked up unnecessary depiction in Yes, No, Maybe. But some help me actually process my fucking trauma. And a lot of times, the way it's portrayed just doesn't really phase me because there's no depth of feeling or sense of realness. But, for anyone who may be like me, the FICTIONAL non-romanticized depictions that actually delve into the aftermath and trauma can be cathartic to read. Reading about FICTIONAL portrayals from certain perspectives are actually helpful for me, and probably others like me. I can't deal with RL stories, but these are drawings and made up stories, and no one gets hurt in the process of helping me with my own trauma. So yeah, there are people who do choose to read these stories who do know what it's like.
I hope you never spout this dumb shit again, because that bullshit assumption is more triggering for trauma than anything I read in any of these stories.
And if you're in the same boat with OP on not wanting to read about SA, then why are you here reading this story anyway? Both of you should stay far away from anything by this author other than the main story of Love Shuttle. She writes super dark, fucked up stories that focus on trauma and abuse. And both of you need to start reading fucking story descriptions and warnings before complaining about a story's content. Go find something wholesome to read and stay in your lane.
I’m sorry. I don’t care about anything you’re saying right now. What I read made me feel uncomfortable, and I made a comment about it. Which I’m allowed to do. Anyone can make a comment about anything on any topic. You getting this upset is fucking weird to me lol I don’t care about what you went through ONLY BECAUSE you’ve been going too hard on this subject. You need to chill Andy let people have their opinions. If you don’t like it, scroll past it instead of being a weirdo, trying to justify why it’s OK to read SA.
Authors do take it way too far. I appreciate you trying to defend me. But let’s just let this conversation die. I should have read the description (although I’m still entitled to my opinion, and voicing my opinion), and this dude is a fucking weirdo. Let’s just leave it at that. Don’t waste your time on this guy
I think the reason they called you a troll and acting like this might be because there are actually REAL trolls who always comment negative things under every yaoi
I've encountered many people like them ! They actually dgaf about the plot or any of that, they legitimately just find ways to hate on yaoi.
But there's something which confuses me, you clarified everything you were accused of yet they keep on trying to police you, seems like they're the troll and they just wanna fight with you at this point,
So listen here, don't listen to that person's sh*t and just let it be, you can't change it, you can block them tho but they can make spare accounts to bully you more etc etc so just let it goo
And enjoy your reading time instead of wasting time on fights with petty ppl who fight for no reason (⌒▽⌒)
Pretty tired of reading SA in these stories. But I guess I should have expected this
