Oh, so you're one of the assholes who thinks that people always agree with or want to do the things they read about? Grow up. Enjoying a certain genre doesn't mean that a person agrees with the actions of the characters. If you're not mature enough to understand that, then you're not mature enough to be reading titles like this one.
This is a dark horror title by an author who writes a lot of stories that involve SA. It's spelled out explicitly in the story's description and at the top of each chapter. You should know what you're getting into when you start reading something. It's pointless to complain about it when you're given multiple blatant warnings.
Why do they have to be an asshole? That was pretty unnecessary. And I don’t think maturity level has anything to do with rather you enjoy or don’t enjoy works surrounding SA. And I’ve read plenty of horror yaois that didn’t have SA in it. So that point is kinda irrelevant. I was one of those people that didn’t read the description to know this had SA in it. And the other works by this author that I read did not have SA in it. Sooooo. And tbh, I don’t know about the person you @, but I feel like people that ENJOY reading and watching SA are a little strange
Just because a person enjoys a story that features SA doesn't mean they enjoy reading about SA. It's, again, immature to believe that people enjoy that just for enjoying reading stories that have it. And I'm sick of people accusing others of horrible things just because they enjoy certain stories. A person is not what they read. And it's fully your own responsibility to read the story description or the huge warnings that are the full first page of the chapters. If you don't do that, then it's your own fault. No one is making you read this. If you don't like it, just don't read it, and don't make assumptions about the people who want to read it.
And about this author: Yeah, if you don't count dubcon, then Love Shuttle didn't have any real SA in the main story, but it did in the side stories. The Words in Your Snare definitely had SA moments. And An Easy Target is almost nothing but SA from start to finish (and easily one of the most disturbing stories in existence). I can't remember if Food Chain had any, but if not, it's the only one she's written that didn't have any. So what stories by Aeju did you read before that made you think you shouldn't expect SA to happen in a dark zombie horror written by them?
The way you’re going so hard about this topic is weird to me lol it’s fully my responsibility to read the descriptions and warnings? This is literally a yaoi on an illegal site, chill lol also, I’ve read plenty of stories with “SA warning” in the beginning of the chapter, and there was either zero SA, or attempted SA. So those warnings aren’t always accurate. And did I say I was going to continue to read this story? You’re just assuming I’m going to continue and complain every chapter? Anyway. People like you are very strange to me. You’re not making this any better for yourself in my eyes tbh.
LOL. So since you can't defend your complaints now, you want to go on the attack to make me look like the bad guy for calling you out? I'm not sure how much of my catalog is public since I mark almost everything private, so I have no clue how many of my 1,248 "read," 323 "I'm reading," and 771 "want to read" titles you're seeing. I read almost everything, and I enjoy almost everything from fluffy, wholesome shounen ai to dark, toxic dramas like this one.
Yaoi, especially dark yaoi, unfortunately has SA as a common feature, especially in the older stories, so of course I have read a lot of stories that feature it. It simply comes with the territory. That doesn't mean it's something I particularly enjoy or seek out. I just happen to like darker and more psychological stories, and SA is a common feature in those stories. I don't get off on it, but reading about it usually doesn't bother me as badly as it does others.
Everyone is different and has different sensitivities. Not everyone has to be like you or get upset about the things that make you upset. That doesn't make them a bad person. Did you miss that lesson when you were growing up? It's not only immature and insulting to accuse people of being predators or fetishizing SA just because they enjoy reading stories that have predatory characters and SA in them; it can be harmful. Take responsibility for your own reading and stop judging others for what they read.
It's so exhausting seeing people complain about stories when they have every opportunity to be warned away. And even more exhausting when they make wild accusations about others when they're called out for complaining about something they had every opportunity to avoid.
You're such a troll. No one is saying you should enjoy SA. The whole point was to point out that you shouldn't complain about this story's content when that content was blatantly obvious. It's like you ignored all the labels on a bottle of hot sauce and then after you willingly drank it, you complained that you don't enjoy spicy food. It's just such a stupid complaint.
And if we want to talk about catalogs, yours has way more SA type stories in it than mine, and almost all of your comments are just trollish complaints, even though you say you're not a complainer. All I can assume is that you're some teenage crybaby griefer who has nothing better to do with their time than look for things to whine and complain about on public forums so you can find some kind of shallow echo chamber validation for your shit talk.
Pretty tired of reading SA in these stories. But I guess I should have expected this
