the story could’ve went somewhere, but it failed to provide any meaningful info appropriately. im all for smut when the story leads up to it, but the long ass sex scenes happened when the plot should be emphasized instead. or the sex was so one sided and bordering sexual assault, that it didn’t even add to the romance itself??
so the season finale felt entirely incomplete and lackluster, as well as the chemistry, because we barely saw them emotionally engaging. with all this combined, reaper regaining his emotions doesn’t even feel sincere to me…
