I kinda understand the mcs fear. Although our circumstances are a but different, but the sudden anxiety that something might happen to my loved ones everytime they go out is such an agonizing experience.
Idk what type of anxiety I have (since seeking mental care services is expensive in my country) but it's something that causes me to overthink things and think my loved ones might get into an accident whenever they aren't at home and sometimes it freaks me out.
