They didn’t just neglect him, they named him BILLOI all I think when I read his name is that his name is the old timey equivalent of millennials taking regular names and choosing to spell them differently like Ashleigh instead of Ashley, it’s Billoi instead of Billy poor kid was set up to be bullied from the get-go, the most surprising part of all of this is that the manipulative granddad was the only one with the foresight to see how atrocious that name was and rename him Devon BWHAHAH
